日本警方将一具在海边发现的女尸解剖，发现女尸体内的内脏全都不见了，更奇怪的是女尸是光头的，可是身上却有许多头发纠缠着。因此警方推断这名女孩被杀害后，内脏被取出继而卖到黑市。不久警方发现，这具女尸竟然不见了。他们并不知道，是停尸间的员工山崎（大杉涟 饰）偷走了女尸。 山崎乐于收集美丽的头发。他每天都细心呵护女尸，女尸的头发竟然一天天的生长出来，但除了头上，凡是女尸被挖空的身体部分都长出了头发。山崎把这些头发剪下来卖给发廊，带着这些假发的人，都统统恐怖死去。 他在一间发廊里遇到了年轻的裕子（栗山千明 饰），山崎马上被裕子美丽的头发吸引住，他还特地把那些充满怨恨的假发送给了裕子，完全不知情的裕子把这些头发接在了姐姐女儿麻美的头上……
